9:30 AM-12:30 PM and 1:30 PM-4:30 PM – Continuation of Coach Certification Clinic
Thursday, July 21, 2016 – REGISTRATION At the Hyatt Pier 66 Hotel
1000-1500 (10 AM – 3:00 PM): Tournament Check-in. All athletes must check-in with tournament officials, in person, at the Convention Center: to confirm participation and make a final declaration of weight Category.
1200-1600 (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Official Weigh-in at Hyatt Pier 66 Hotel for Intermediate 1, Juvenile A and Juvenile B Cadet Categories ONLY. Contestants may check weight as many times as desired prior to the start of the official weigh-in. During official weigh-in, a contestant is given only one chance on the scale. NOTE: Athletes who weigh in on July 21 and plan to compete in the IJF Junior Category need not weigh in on July 22 unless they wish to compete in a different weight category. Those that weighed for IJF & Cadet and wish to compete in the Senior division does not need to weigh in a second time as long as they are competing in the same weight class.

1800-1900 (6-8 PM): COACHES MEETING/ DRAW
Friday, July 22, 2016 – At Tournament Site FT. Lauderdale Convention Center
0900 (9:00 AM): Eliminations (all matches except final matches)
Intermediate 1, Juvenile A and Juvenile B (Cadet)
Opening Ceremony Medal matches follow Opening Ceremonies (Order of matches will be determined after preliminary rounds. Awards follow medal matches
Saturday, July 23, 2016 – At Tournament Site Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center
1000-1200 (10 AM -12 PM) Official Weigh-in for IJF Junior, Intermediate 2 and Batam 1, 2 & 3 Category ONLY.
Contestants may check weight as many times as desired prior to the start of the official weigh-in. During official weigh-in, a contestant is given only one chance on the scale. 1500 (3:00 P.M.) or 1 hour after the end of eliminations
Order of matches will be determined after preliminary rounds. Awards follow medal matches
 
Sunday, July 24 2016 – At Tournament Site FT Lauderdale Convention Center
0900 (9:00 AM) :Eliminations (all matches except medal matches)
Veterans & Seniors: Medal matches will occur 1/2 hour following the end of the eliminations. Order of matches will be determined after preliminary rounds. Awards following the medal matches.
0900 (9:00 AM) Golden Score Tournament: This event will run simultaneously with the Seniors & Veterans Championship using the mats that are available. Awards will be presented as divisions conclude.
Closing ceremonies: Following the Golden Score Tournament.
Social Function: Hyatt Pier 66 Hotel Inter-coastal  A party will follow the closing ceremony for athletes, coaches, and officials at no cost if they stay at one of the tournament hotels. Others: $15.00
